Hey guys, i'm here to blog about my trip to Langkawi during hari raya. It was a 3D2N trip with my cousin. Since it's just a short trip, we didn't manage to visit all the places. On the first day, we went for island hopping tour booked from the hotel counter. The trip takes around 4 hours by a fast boat which cover 3 islands. The first island we visited was Pulau Beras Basah (Wet Rice Island). Pulau Beras Basah is famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches and greenish blue sea. But there were also many litters on the sea. Generally, nothing much to do on this island, you can just walk on the soft sand, swimming, or taking picture. For water activities, i will suggest you go for pantai cenang.
The second island we stopped was called "Pulau singa besar" (Big Lion Island). Here is where we can see eagle feeding activity.
The last stop was Pulau Dayang Bunting (Pregnant Maiden Island). From the entrance, we need to walk around 15 minutes to reach the lake. When you are walking, you need to take care of your belongings, there are monkeys around swaying on the tree. The lake is beautiful and swimming is allowed.
After island hopping trip, we went for duty free shopping at kuah town. A lot of chocolate, cigarettes, perfume, and liquor were sold in cheaper price (tax free).
The next day we went to oriental village and ride up a cable car to see the view. You will get impressed with amazing and breathtaking view of Langkawi island which you can see clearly from the top.
After that, we went to telaga tujuh village (7 wells waterfall) which is located next to oriental village. You need to climb up the stairs to reach the place. It's fairly tiring but when you reach the waterfall, you can sit on the stone, relax and soak your tired feet into the nature cool water.
On the last day, we went to pantai cenang beach which is not that far from airport.

Hi! I'm back!
Has it really been half year since my last post? Wow. Just wow. Well, I've been quite busy and managed to get quite a few things done. A few highlights have been:
- Managing our shop since we have no enough staff.
- Travel.
- Moving house (in KL).
- Job finding.
- Interview.
- Applying working pass (still not settled yet until now).
- Start working as software engineer while waiting for my visa application.
Well, i also moved to a new apartment which is in walking distance to my office. Feel glad to find such a nice location so can sleep more :) Still, being late sometimes, sleep quite late on nite.
About my job, i'm absolutely love it. I enjoy how busy I am and get paid to learn something new. There's no anything more satisfying than solving the puzzle and then designing new things. Also, i have a nice working environment with pretty friendly colleague. Just hope that my employment pass can get approved.

KLSSC Christmas Party 2011
This past Monday, we were having our annual Christmas party in KLSSC office. It was my first Christmas party there and it was awesome. We had the costume competition with the "Cartoon" theme this year. So yeah, everyone have to dress up as one of the cartoon characters. Sounds crazy right? :) We have invited some of our colleagues' friend or relatives, people working with us, and Myanmar Kids. Each of us have to bring the gift along for the gift exchange game. Gift exchange is a great way of making Christmas gift giving fun and exciting for everyone.

My current status -> "It's complicated"
Yesterday i went to HAPPY HOUR with colleagues (*from outsourcing company) after work. Yeah it's a lot of fun, you get to sit back, having drink and relax and do whatever thing to have fun. It's important to get some refreshments before starting another working day :)
During dinner section, they asked me a question. "Tini, what is your status now? Are you available?" Oh, this is such a tough question to answer. And what came up in my mind is "It's complicated". Yeah, it's complicated. Finally i found the right word to describe it.
A lot of people using the phrase "It's complicated" to describe their relationship status on social media profiles. What that actually means?
A relationship turn into a complicated when both parties fail to see the problem. They are either not interested in acknowledging a problem or may be too much of a coward to end a relationship. It's getting more complicated if you try to involve another party before solving the issue.
And my answer is "I'm in complicated relationship and NOT AVAILABLE in a moment." I need more time for it.

Bah Kut Teh event with colleagues
Hi all, here's a little update from me about last week Bah Kut Teh event in Eugene's home. It's awesome, we had a nice Bah Kut Teh soup served by our chef, Raphel. A bit surprise for me that he can cook it well even not a chinese.
Talking about Bah Kut Teh, the first thing that comes to my mind is a chinese soup dish mixed with herbs, pork ribs, dried shitake mushrooms, and tofu puffs. It's served in a clay pot and eaten together with the white rice and chinese vegetables or sometimes you might want to eat it with you char kway.

New Life, New Experience
Well, it's been a while since i updated my last blog. Lately, I've been really busy with my internship program. I took a 3-month internship in PJ area which is kind of far from the place i stayed. And that is the reason WHY i moved into the new place which is in Bangsar area.
So i just moved into my new place and you know, it isn't easy to pack up and leave everything that is familiar. The toughest part of a move is leaving people you love and all the memories. There's a fear and doubt as to whether you've made the right decision. If you are moving the house, the best way is to look at the environment, whether it can fit with your lifestyle. I really want to thank to all my friends who have lent a helping hand during this time. Thanks GUYS for everything :P

After few days of work, i really get into my work. I started to love it and familiar with the environment. The people i work with are really nice and let me participate in diverse event. I was experiencing lot's of thing, like what the real working world can be like. It sounds cool right?
As the time passes by, i believe i will get something that filled up my time. Settling in takes time, little by little i will fall into new place.
