The right way of eating fruits

Well, just now I received an email from one of my friends talking about one interesting topic that I didn't know before. The topic is about, "What is the right way of eating fruits?" Here, I got a question, when usually you guys eating the fruits? Before meals or After meals? But I'm quite sure mostly people will have it after meals.

It seems like we all doing it the wrong way. According to the researcher, fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach, means not eating fruits after the meals. Eating fruits after meals cause the food to ferment, which in turn causes bloating. The moment the fruit comes into contact with the food in our stomach, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. That's why sometimes we have heard people complaining about running to the toilet every time they eat a banana.

I have a habit, that every Morning I will have one green apple after the breakfast (like sour fruit). Sometimes in Afternoon, I will eat either tomatoes or raisins as a snack while watching the movie. At night, I usually will have two oranges after the dinner. Scared that if i eat it in empty stomach, will cause the gastric problem because those fruits are too acidic. But according to Dr. Herbert Sehlton, there's no need to worry about it because those acidic fruits become alkaline in our body.

Some more, it would be nice if we drink the fresh fruit juice, not from the cans, nor those heated up. When we cook the fruits, it will destroy all the vitamins, and what we get is just the taste, not nutrients.

For those who want to get a radiant look, can go on a 3 day fruit fast, just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout 3 days and you will be surprise to find out how radiant your look. Somemore, can help us to lose weight as well.

  1. Taylor Swift (<3333) started playing and I had no idea where it was coming from...then The Band Perry...then Miley Cyrus and I was going crazy because I didn't know where it was coming from. I pressed backspace on this page out of nowhere and the music disappeared. Then I had an epiphany! Haha well thank you for that mystery and if you haven't seen Taylor Swift's new music video for "Back to December"...you should check it out. :)
