Somebody help me!!! I have really messed up this time. There is something wrong with the display in my laptop. I saw multi lines on the screen and sometimes the screen suddenly goes black or broken, and there is an error message saying something like "display driver has stopped working".
At first, I just ignored it but then it grew worse. Whenever I try to start up my laptop, the screen goes black and crashing over and over again. Therefore, I tried to install the newest version of graphic driver, but something happened. It kept restarting and couldn't get into the windows. I just realise that the graphic driver I had installed might not be compatible, it was for dv3000 version while mine is dv3029. Then I tried to click the f12 button and made the restore point, finally it was done successfully and getting into the windows. This time, I reinstalled the correct version of graphic driver, but again the same problem occur, i still can see multi lines on the screen and it went black immediately whenever I open the picture or video.
see if formatting it can solve the problem.
